Salmon Health is a regional senior care company in central Massachusetts. And like many larger organizations, they came to realize their website was getting a bit old. They’d signed up to redo their main website with 3 Media Web, but before getting to that project, they had a more pressing need: attract qualified employees.
In order to do that, they’d have to overcome their fuddy duddy brand perception among younger applicants.
A Totally Hip Replacement
So the idea was to quickly create a mini site just for job seekers.
As creative director for the design, Robbie Moore created a brighter, more modern design with colors and fonts that were still “on brand” for Salmon Health.
After a few weeks of working sessions via screen sharing, the client settled on a design that was crisp, modern – and dare we say – “hip”?
